How to track your Income

Income Tracking is where all your synced income transactions will display. You can also add manually tracked transactions (i.e cash) and share income transactions with family/friends

Income Tracking is also where you can quickly add your Annual Income (re-occurring income) or link a transaction to an already created Annual Income (which will then add all future synced income transactions under the selected Annual Income)


Part 1 - Automatic Tracking

1. This occurs automatically once you connect your first bank


Part 2 - Manual Tracking

1. Tap/Click "Track New Income"


2. Fill out the transaction form

3. (Optional) Add a payslip (upload file)


Part 3 - Breakdown of Transaction

Category - Income Parent Category

Type - Income Category Type

Transaction - Income Transaction data (synced from your bank)

Friendly Name - Friendly Name for the Income displays

Actual (ACT) - Actual received Income (NET)

Projected (PRJ) - Projected Income Amount (NET)

Paid - Date Paid

Add Payslip - Upload payslip


Part 4 - Breakdown of Transaction Actions

Add new Annual Income

Link Transaction to Annual Income

Remember Income

View All Income Details

Share Income

Update Income

Delete Income
